What to Do Today: Feb. 2

DALLAS
Nurture your child's creative side at First Tuesdays from 11am-2pm today at the Dallas Museum of Art. Children ages 5 and younger and their caregivers will gather for stories, crafts, a gallery gour and more. Free.


FORT WORTH
Stories and art go together like nothing else! Show your love for both with Pictures and Pages: Why is the Blue Dog Blue: A Tale of Colors by George Rodrigue from 10:30-11:15am today at Fort Worth's Kimbell Art Museum. Children ages 4-6 are invited to hear the fun story and then make a unique art project. Pre-registration required. Free.


NORTH TEXAS
February is African American History Month, and you can celebrate by attending the program The Underground Railroad: Path to Freedom at 4pm today at Denton's Emily Fowler Branch Library. Kids ages 8 and older will learn how slaves risked their lives in pursuit of freedom. Free.
