In the first entry of the blog-exclusive column, "Products We're Pining For," I introduce an item that recently caught my eye: designer Robin Rosenthal's Counting Birds poster.The poster — available only on the artist's Web site for $48 — will help any young student learn his or her numerals in style. Or, of course, it will add a flash of color to boring bedroom walls!
With two choices in color schemes (pink-red-grey and green-turquoise-brown), the numbers one through 10 are visually represented with adorable birds. Artist and graphic designer Rosenthal (who once designed magazine pages for Martha Stewart) pulls together cheeky-humor and stylish typography in a fashion that both mom and daughter will love!
