Driving down one of my favorite streets in East Dallas on my way back to our office in North Dallas, I spot The Pearl Cup. It's the much raved about cool new(ish) independent espresso bar/coffee shop on Henderson. The sage green exterior that I've seen a million times is quite the attention-grabber (in a good modern chic way) and it finally lured me in. Their specialty is the Pearl Latte, but I opt for the regular latte with soy milk and lavendar flavoring (weird I know, but I was feeling adventurous). It was fantastic! Tables abound, so if you are in the area and need a creative, cool (and caffeinated) atmosphere to work in...this is your spot!
